The Law Offices of
Jonathan D. Larose APC
Divorce & Family Law Attorneys

The law offices of Jonathan D. Larose APC began to practice in Year 2008. By Year 2008, Mr. Larose had practiced family law for years.  He had also practiced in general civil litigation including workplace harassment.  He was unique for attorneys at that time in that he also held a Master’s in Business Administration with a finance emphasis, along with his law degree.

And, perhaps as important, Jonathan had direct, personal experience with divorce, and the family court system.  In Year 2008, he assessed that there needed to be a different way for attorneys to represent family law clients in the Bay Area.  So, Jonathan started Larose law, a firm that has grown to 4-attorneys and serving multiple California counties.

Though many years have now gone by since Larose law began, the firm’s guiding principles remain unchanged.  The firm refers to them as the Four-C’s – Care, Compassion, Cost, and Conviction.

  1. Care: Our clients are concerned about their financial security.  And, the safety, financial security, and the parenting continuity, of their children.  Our clients have experienced emotional and other forms of domestic violence in their current partnership/relationship.  As their attorneys we are tasked with great responsibilities and are to take care to meet those responsibilities.
  2. Compassion: Family law matters are often intensely emotional and personal. At the same time our clients must manage the ongoing day-to-day issues, in their lives.  They have careers and jobs and families and communities.  We are well-aware of that.  We strive to strongly listen to our clients, and to provide direct and thoughtful guidance, always.  We deeply understand the need for discretion and privacy.
  3. Cost: It does not matter how wealthy a client is.  It should not bankrupt a client in legal fees to get a divorce, to get child support or spousal support.  We work to provide each of our clients’ accurate projections on legal fees and costs, during all time periods of a representation.  And, to provide alternative solutions or strategies as needed.
  4. Conviction: We strive to represent every client, in every matter, with a dedicated professional conviction.  We will not be shy in settlement or timid in the courtroom.  Our goal is to obtain the best outcomes for every one of our clients, in any forum.
