On Behalf of | Firm News |

Civil court has juries.  Family Court does not.  In family court you just have a Judge.  And, that Judge could be your Judge every time you go to court.  Attorneys who regularly practice before your particular family court Judge could be very valuable to you.  Also, in family court, spouses do not usually speak – your attorney does.  An experienced, well-prepared, and articulate attorney is of great value in family court.
